2. Our Products

Longo Woodcrafts specialises in wooden products, including decorative items, clocks, keyrings, gifts and personalised woodcrafts.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and prices are as accurate as reasonably possible.

As our products are made from natural timber, variations in grain, colour, texture and appearance are to be expected. Knots, grain patterns and other natural characteristics may differ between individual pieces.

These natural variations are part of the character of solid wood and do not, by themselves, indicate a fault, provided the product meets its description and applicable legal standards.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings.

Any significant variations from the advertised product will be described where appropriate.

3. Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Some products can be personalised or made to your specifications, including engraving or carving names, initials, dates, logos, messages or other requested details.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personalisation information you provide is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

Please check spelling, dates, initials, measurements and any other supplied specifications carefully.

Where a product is made correctly in accordance with the information you supplied, we are not responsible for errors contained in that information.

If we make an error or the product does not conform to the agreed specifications, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We reserve the right to contact you if we need clarification before proceeding with a custom order. This may affect the estimated production or delivery time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£), unless stated otherwise.

The applicable product price and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and explain the available options rather than knowingly fulfil the order at an incorrect price.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card details on our website.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your goods within the period required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and appropriate contact details. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your delivery information.

Risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

Nothing in these terms excludes our responsibility for goods lost or damaged before risk has lawfully passed to you.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Standard, non-personalised products purchased online generally benefit from a 14-day cancellation period after delivery, subject to the applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

However, this exception does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

8. Product Care and Use

Wood is a natural material that can respond to changes in temperature, humidity, moisture and exposure to sunlight.

To help preserve your product, we recommend keeping wooden items away from excessive moisture, direct heat and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight unless the product is specifically designed for those conditions.

Cleaning and maintenance instructions may be provided for individual products where appropriate.

You are responsible for using and maintaining products in accordance with any instructions supplied. This does not exclude our responsibility for defects or failures that existed at delivery or otherwise fall within our legal obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of our website, including product photographs, written descriptions, branding, graphics and original designs, belongs to Longo Woodcrafts or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or use our website content or designs without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically grant you ownership of the intellectual property associated with its design.
